When sharing a room with parents, children aged 5 to 15 are half price, under five are free.

Credit Cards: Visa and Master Card are accepted subject to minimum payment of £50.00 and a surcharge equivalent to charges to us for banking and processing – approx. 5%

Cancellation:
Cancellations made within 14 days prior to arrival - 1 nights accommodation payable.

Cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival - the total booking cost payable (when the booking is for more than one night)

All cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by us before any refund can be made.

Cancellation policy on special events (Hogmanay, Edinburgh festival and fringe, Rugby matches) is 28 days. This also applies to group bookings of 6 or more people.
