Prices are "per person per night", and breakfast is included.

Children from 5 to 15 are half price, under fives are free.

Cancellation: If we are notified within 48 hours (before 17.00 on arrival date), full price is charged.
If greater than 48 hours, full price is charged less price of any alternative booking.
If greater than 1 week before, no charge is made.  We recommend you arrange holiday insurance to cover risk of cancellation.  There are numerous organisations who offer this protection, e.g. http://www.rothwellandtowler.co.uk

Credit Cards: Visa and MasterCard are accepted subject to minimum payment of £50.00 and a surcharge equivalent to charges to us for banking and processing – approx. 5%
